These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the 3-Day Buy Your First Rental Challenge (the “Event”) and your use of related websites, landing pages, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for or participating in the Event and using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules provided by FasterFreedom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to comply with these Terms.

3. Event Access & Participation

Access to the Event may require certain technology such as internet connection and compatible devices. You agree to use the Services in a responsible manner and to comply with all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for the Event are processed securely through Stripe. FasterFreedom does not store full payment details. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason unless the Event is canceled by FasterFreedom. If FasterFreedom cancels the Event, registrants will receive a full refund of the amount paid to their original payment method. Please contact us for any payment inquiries.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during the Event and through the Services are owned by FasterFreedom or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Disrupting or interfering with the Event or Services;
• Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
• Sharing your access credentials or allowing unauthorized access;
• Copying, distributing, or modifying Event materials without permission;
• Harassing or abusing other participants or staff;
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by FasterFreedom.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Event and Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. FasterFreedom does not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasterFreedom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FasterFreedom and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your participation in the Event.

9. Modifications to Event or Terms

FasterFreedom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Event or Services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation as agreed by the parties, or in courts located in Missouri if arbitration is not applicable.
