FasterFreedom (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you register for or participate in the 3-Day Buy Your First Rental Challenge(the “Event”) and when you interact with our websites, landing pages, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other details you provide during registration, checkout, or form submissions.
- Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Event Participation Data: Attendance status, session activity, chat or Q&A interactions, survey responses, downloads, and preferences.
- Marketing & Attribution Data: Information collected via Facebook Conversions API (server-side events for ad measurement and optimization), and configuration/feature targeting data potentially managed via Hypertune to deliver relevant experiences.
- Analytics & Website Usage Data: Non-identifying analytics collected through Plausible Analytics (a privacy-friendly analytics platform) and similar tools, such as page views, referring pages, timestamps, and approximate location based on IP. We may also collect your IP address and browser characteristics to maintain security and debug issues.
- Technical Data: Device type, operating system, browser type, and interaction data (e.g., clicks, form submissions) to improve site performance and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Register you for the Event and manage your account or orders.
- Process payments and deliver any purchased products or services.
- Send transactional messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders, updates).
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Measure, optimize, and improve our websites, funnels, ads, and content.
- Personalize your experience and show relevant offers or content.

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary with trusted third parties that help us operate the Services and the Event:
- Payment Processing: Stripe to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Analytics & Performance: Plausible for aggregated analytics and Hypertune for configuration/feature targeting that can improve your experience.
- Advertising & Attribution: Facebook Conversions API to measure ad performance and improve campaign relevance.
- Vendors/Service Providers: Contractors and tools we use for email delivery, customer support, hosting, and security.
- Legal & Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We use cookies and similar technologies (including server-side tracking via Facebook Conversions API) to operate our Services, remember preferences, analyze performance, and deliver relevant advertising. - Email Preferences: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails. Transactional emails may still be sent.

- Do Not Track/Global Privacy Controls: Your browser may offer settings or signals to limit tracking. Our Services respond in commercially reasonable ways to applicable signals where feasible.
